A few weeks ago i never would have thought they would, but now they have lost their goalscorer Anelka, they will seriously struggle. After their 2-1 defeat against Blackburn today, and Sunderland's win, they are just goal difference above the relegation zone. Closer to the relegation zone than Leicester are With their other good players, who have been key to them in recent seasons under Allardyce, Nolan, Stelios, Davies not performing so well or scoring many goals this season they are going to struggle and i pray they go down. Even Jussi their keeper (can't spell 2nd name) hasn't been as awesome as in previous seasons. They also have the distraction of the UEFA Cup which i hope will fook them up in the League. They play Newcastle away next week which could be a tricky tie if they have their new manager. Keep losing Bolton, put a smile on all Leicester fan's faces and go down!

sdb Posted 13 January 2008 Posted 13 January 2008 it'll be close but i think they've just got enough quality to survive. anelka's a huge loss though and it'll largley depend on who comes in as a replacement. cohen sounded crap which is nice.

It's funny because the Plymouth Fans have been laughed at for saying stuff like this. Im not bothered either way really, but i think it all depends how much of the 15m he gets and how well he spends it. If Collins John is anything to go by i think there struggling.

Matt Posted 13 January 2008 Posted 13 January 2008 Right when he came here I didn't like the bloke, He was always going to have to do something amazing to win me over he didn't, he left and went to Bolton with my blessing, however to contradict myself the fact that we/Milan gave him the chance to resurrect his career after 18 months out of the game, and a path back into football for him to throw it back in our/Milan's face is why I want him to fail. As I said he went with my blessing but to think he was better than Leicester City is a joke (And that's not being bigheaded about Leicester, I'll be the first to admit we're not that much of a big club)

Milan offered him a chance to ressurect his ailing career, he took it, only to throw it back in Milans face a month later. Its all about loyalty. Im that moaning at all, just saying that a manager who came to us, gave us shit football, then just left even though we saved him from the footballing wilderness. I obviously want him to fail. I am happy with Ollie, he is better than Megson. Former Leicester managers who piss me off e.g. Megson, Taylor, Levein etc i want to see them all fail. Of course i love to see MON and Villa win, unless it's against us, because MON didn't piss me off in any way. Your taking this thread a little seriously? The idea of this thread was to discuss whether Bolton would go down, and how we would feel. I would feel great because i H8 Gary Megson!
