Posted 10 February 2008 Posted 10 February 2008 Maybe Newcastle will realise now that a new manager doesn't bring instant success I think most of us knew they were wrong to sack Sam Allardyce, Keegan's not even won a game yet with them. Before they're going to get anywhere they need to sort their entire defence out, not managers. Until they do that they will not improve under anybody.

I said they should never have sacked him, and even if Keegan wins the league for them I'll still insist they shouldn't have sacked him. He is a class manager.

The veteran of stage and screen, who appeared with Elizabeth Taylor in National Velvet and performed with Judy Garland, has recently completed a successful panto season at the Sunderland Empire, playing 'Baron Hardup' in Cinderella. Could have took a bit more time to choose a decent manager but I think they panicked because of the 6-0 trouncing last week vs Manchester United. Still no win in the Premier League for Newcastle United so far under Kevin Keegan, I'm laughing inside.
