Good afternoon,

Whilst long overdue, last Saturday's 4-1 victory at West Brom showed just what Ollie and his team are capable of.

We dominated the match and both the result and performance made a mockery of our current league position.

There is no denying the fact that this season as a whole has been extremely disappointing due to all the enforced changes but I saw some real positive signs on the pitch at the Hawthorns and the quality amongst our squad shone through.

It was a polished all-round performance and I was quick to congratulate Ollie over the weekend.

I have been annoyed by some of the things that have been written in the media about our relationship of late; but I can only reiterate that Ollie has my full support.

I also met up with the players on Thursday and spent a bit of time with them before they started training.

I'm not normally one who breathes down the manager's neck but I think it was right this time around considering we are at such a crucial point of the season.

I like to look at our last seven games as a kind of 'mini-season' and have challenged the players to repeat what they achieved against West Brom in every match between now and May 4.

Despite some of the results there is a group of players who care for the club, who don't have anywhere in their minds thoughts of going down.

It's not always just about how you start the season but it's about how you finish it as well. The players set the tone at the weekend and we must now carry those standards forward into next season.

The quality is there for all to see within our squad; we now just need to find that level of consistency and stability.

Hopefully we are now on that right road and I am positive they will demonstrate that in the next seven games.

That's where you guys come in and the part you can play over our remaining seven games should not be undervalued.

On behalf of everyone connected with the club, I'd like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your loyalty and continued support.

The team has not always deserved your backing this season but through thick and thin you have carried on turning up in your thousands.

They say a club's fans make it what it is and that is certainly the case here at Leicester City.

Your support and patience has amazed me from day one and we really appreciate it here. You have been magnificent.

I have always asked for unity and togetherness and you have not let me down.

We are expecting another good turn out this afternoon and if you can replicate that show of support for our final three home matches as well then I am sure we will finish the season on a high.

I'm not going to deny that there have been some worrying moments of late, but relegation has never even crossed my mind.

This season hasn't been the most enjoyable for any of us but let's finish it with flourish, enjoy our summer and then really push on next term.

We owe it to you.

Well they are bloody well goign to go down if we perform as we did today so maybe they need to think about it more often as they need some sort of rocket up their backside as playing like that and not thinking at all about relegation is not going to do us any favors at all....

they need to be worried as i sure was walking home after the game...
