Gutted, could see it happening though when people said they were too like the arctic monkeys. Gutted..

I've lost my cheshire cat smile now.

Well Lo and Behold it's happened and there's nothing we can do about it.

I suppose we'll just look back and say what you could've won.

They we're a great artic monkey's tribute act.

Not many people know this but apparently the Arctics took inspiration from Milburn playing the local circuit before either band got, as opposed to the other way around.

I will miss them! :(

whilst i am not particularly familiar with this lot, it comes as no surprise, and is clearly something that is happening across the industry.

bands like this are snapped up by lazy a&r, based on sounding like the succesful bands of the day, given no real budget and left to fend for themselves, thus failing to reach the mass audiences of say james blunt or lily allen, and when the fad of their particular genre moves on, when the fans realise they are poor clones of better bands from previous decades, the bands panic and rebrand themselves, as we have seen here, clinging to whats left of their deals and the contacts they have made, sadly tho they will probably just get stuck playing crappy gigs and myspace pages, blissfully hoping to recapture the random success they achieved earlier from 'sounding like someone else'.

RIP milburn? RIP music industry...

That was there problem they sounded too much like the Arctic Monkeys so they stood no chance in the mian stream media, NME, radio 1 etc...

In my opinion they wrote better songs than Arctic Monkeys, but obviously got in there too late, either way I'm glad they've reformed and taken the same kind of sound into the new band
