A Window idea sits very nicely with the goals we have in mind - to limit changes to a given time frame. It'd make for some high-drama as the window draws to a close, much like the real transfer window system.

I seem to remember your name being a time of day... Some of us have been calling for a restriction for a lot longer than he's been on here. BGJ isn't the cause, he's merely a symptom.

Or, worse, the (General Chat) forum would be full of "FAO username - who the hell are you?" posts. Name changes will resume. Soon. PM's on the subject will be ignored... by me, anyway and probably everyone else.
