I've took my self out of the list and will take over the management for this game. (If people don't mind that is) Simply because no-one is taking a stand or putting themselves forward, this way something might get done. I will do a squads of 13 and a squad of 12 for, each half, and somehow (barring no dropouts, will try and manage to get every player the same amount of time) I will try and picked balanced teams for both halfs and be as fair as i can. If people don't want me to do this, then just say so, without being harsh, as i don't want to waste my time, because at the end of the day I'm just trying to do this for the rest of you lot who want to play.

The cap system for external games could work quite nicely with a bit of organisation so then we know who's playing without all the unneccessary handbags!
