A fox for life Posted 29 July 2008 Posted 29 July 2008 thought i let you know as its interesting, i'm an assistant restaurant manager at a hotel in Nottingham and i have sunderland staying with us tomorrow, they're having a lunch at 1 and a pre match meal at 4:30, they've asked for everything you'd expect, like fish, chicken, brown bread, but have also asked for things like the soup to be cooked without using butter or oil and everything to be low fat! the pre match meal has cereals and fruit and nuts etc but also again chicken and fish too they're drinking water, oj, grapefruit and cranberry juice. there is 5 pages of what they want and there only with us for a few hours i can't remember everything but its really extensive. i'll ask connolly and fulop to come back to Leicester too if they talk to me and not too arrogant. and i'll see if Roy Keane wants a prawn sandwich i'll try and get a copy of the dietary requirements on here tomorrow.
