Tennis racquet...

I am in need of a new tennis racquet after a slight strop lol during a match when I wasn't playing particularly well.

What would people recommend (that isn't too pricey)?

If you're just going to throw it at the floor whenever you lose either:

a) The cheapest one you can find.

b) The most durable one you can find.

I'd give it a few years and do a bit of growing up first though.

The Federer ones are about £20 and they aint to bad.

Looking at three figures for a decent one, buying like that will probabley stop you slaming your raquet on the floor as well.

I had the last one for 4 years, was a gem  . Tbh, was the first time I've ever lost my temper playing.

I have many Babolat racquets. Top quality they are.

ProDirectTennis is where you want to look, or Withers in town.

Will someone teach me to serve?

Mine loop in at a hittable height and speed.

Hit the ball at the highest point and make sure your follow through goes right through your body.

Thank you. I'll give it a go.

I think it's the timing. When I try and hit the ball hard, due to the lack of height, I end up serving long. :(

Ball toss is important. If you can get that consistent you'll be cool 'cos you can perfect the swing easily enough.
