Jay Posted 16 October 2008 Posted 16 October 2008 Morning I work for a Recrutiment firm and have been asked to come up with a Performance based Sales Incentive Anyone got any ideas ? ? well as it's christmas coming up surely something like High street Vouchers would be an idea I don't know how your company works but you would obviously do it on a scale... every 10 conversions = £5.00 get to 100 get another £25.00 or something like that
The People's Hero Posted 16 October 2008 Posted 16 October 2008 Holiday vouchers might get people motivated this time of year. We give out booze at work.
Dr The Singh Posted 16 October 2008 Posted 16 October 2008 We get told our incetive is that we have a job and that you get to keep it!!!
Jimmy2Drags Posted 16 October 2008 Posted 16 October 2008 I worked in an insurance company & over November, they take everyones performance into account (attendance, punctuallity, conversions etc). Then the top 5 in the company got all of december off with pay. The following week, the next top 10 would get three weeks off with pay, followed by the next top 20 getting 2 weeks off and so on. It's a great incentive, as everyone likes getting paid for doing nothing, it really brings out the best in the good employees & the not so good employees try harder 'cos even 2 weeks off with pay is worth the extra effort.
Ric Flair Posted 16 October 2008 Posted 16 October 2008 Making or watching??? Different folk should be assigned different roles depending on their sales performance throughout the month.
fox123 Posted 16 October 2008 Posted 16 October 2008 Why not introduce a workers management scheme - including a league table - The client gets to look at top performing staff based on a league table with targets hit. If the temp worker is performing and constantly achieving top of the table the client will look at this and think this member of staff is constantly over acheiving on his targets and deserves a permanent position. It also keeps competition up with other workers, making for more productive staff, at the end of the day no one wants to be at the bottom of the table...end of the month (£10 high street voucher and bottle of wine for temp who stays at top the longest) This can be included in sales people, most calls made, most visits gained, most client conversions that type of thing!
Tabou Posted 16 October 2008 Posted 16 October 2008 I agree with Singh! In all honesty, I think a high street voucher isn't going to motivate people. I think the only thing that motivates people is money, and a sense of belonging in said company. I used to LOVE my job, got paid hansomly for it. Now, the market has turned and I'm earning (far!) less, but I could just about ride it through if I were supported and valued by my bosses. However, this dim ****s don't know what to do to ride this ugly period, and think the best way to motivate the workforce is by week on week of bollockings. Hence.....the 3 job interviews next week. EDIT: My spelling is terrible in this. If you are my future employer, please do not judge me by this post. I do have an A in English.
Munzie Posted 16 October 2008 Posted 16 October 2008 An exciting monthly benefit Disclaimer: Any benefit offered by the company regardless of how trivial or unappropriate must be viewed as exciting by the employee in order for them to qualify. The company shall not be held accountable for issusing any benefits if it can't be arsed and does not have to provide them monthly if nothing can be thought of. Apparently this has worked to good effect elsewhere

The People's Hero Posted 17 October 2008 Posted 17 October 2008 The only thing that motivates me is cold hard cash. Oh and Aascent Finance Company which ran such a good incentives programme for me arranging other people's premium finance with them that eventually it led to them going in to administration. That's how I like to think of it anyway.
Zingari Posted 17 October 2008 Posted 17 October 2008 Morning I work for a Recrutiment firm and have been asked to come up with a Performance based Sales Incentive Anyone got any ideas ? ? genuine question ; what do recruitment firms sell that could be affected by an employee's incentive to sell it ?
