CREATED THIS THREAD AS NOT MANY PEOPLE REALISE THERE IS A STICKIED THREAD.

Hendo 6 - Not much of a chance with the equaliser, didn't see the first, People will berate his kicking, but the wind was awful.

Edworthy 6 - Supported the attack well.

Tunch 7 - Another dependable performance.

Morrison 6 - Had a cracking first half struggled a bit more in the second.

Mattock 6 - Struggled with the whipping wind in the first half, but still did ok, and supported the attack well in the 2nd half.

Oakley 7.5 - Man of the match. Was involved in everything positive, worked hard, tackled, drove us on and scored a cracking goal.

Dyer 6.5 - Always looked a threat with his pace, had a few good first half chances.

King 7 - Did a lot of dirty work, played some neat balls about

Berner 6 - Got well stuck in, touch still isn't there.

Fryatt 6.5 - Worked hard, got himself a goal, but also picked up a silly booking.

Howard 6 - Offside a lot. Booked, should've scored. Brought a lot of others into the game, caused a lot of problems.

DJ - N/A - 3 minutes?

The wind was shit in the first half, which gave them the momentum, unsurpisingly, it died down in the 2nd half when we were attacking the windy end.

Think that's pretty fair to be honest. Oakley looked up for it again and seems to have been revitalised in the recent weeks.

I'm sure both he and Kingy are relieved to get some help. It seems fairly significant that both are showing better form now that Berner has supplemented their efforts.

It's just a pity that Pearson, having addressed the problem of us being outnumbered in midfield, still didn't get the result his plan deserved yesterday because of our naivity and arrogance in failing to see the game through properly.

There should be a big notice posted in the changing room about not falling back in the last five minutes just because we think we've only got to see out time and can therefore simply absorb what's thrown at us.

We can't. Our defence is good only because we close down so well that the opposition rarely gets a sight of our penalty area.

Once we stop doing that and simply concede ground thus letting our opponents run onto us, we're ordinary.

Hendo 6 - fairly solid in the air but let himself down with some wayward kicking (it WAS windy).

Edworthy 6 - looked ok but ultimately just a stopgap until Gilbert is back

Morrison 6 - again ok but guilty of the hoof.

Tunchev 7 - f**ked up once in the first half but makes it look easy for the most part. Good distribution.

Mattock 7 - impressed overall, supported the midfield well.

Oakley 8 - best I've seen him play this season, constantly involved.

King 6 - gave the ball away too often.

Berner 6 - to be honest I didn't notice him that much which is probably a positive thing.

Dyer 7 - most dangerous outlet yet again, if he gets injured we're in trouble.

Howard 6 - I'm not a Howard hater but he was poor yesterday. There's only so long the same old excuses will work...

Fryatt 7 - another goal and a constant threat.

Consider their ratings all knocked down by 1 point for the last ten minutes. Pearson has to work on their mentality. Bad attitude + lack of concentration = problem.

Berner being there has given him more freedom, and he looks like he's enjoying it.
