I love going to grounds. Its a bit of a hobby I suppose you can always remember something about a ground whether it be good or bad.

Going to a new ground is always awesome.

By the way I follow my non league side Brackley Town a fair bit which is why Ive got so many grounds. Its your own personal choice if you think their proper grounds or not.

I wish I bought a decent camera from the start of going to grounds so I could have some sort of memory to show.

By the way ive updated mine to 96 now

I think my first away game without my dad was Millwall at the Old Den in 1991 when I went with my mates. The Millwall fans were throwing coins at the us fans - nice, they'd fooking won as well!

My first away match was at St Mary's in 2002, a 2-2 draw. Brian Deane put us 2-0 up, including one after a Muzzy lob hit the post and bar.

Updated to 59 now after Mondays exploits - Anfield for Liverpool v West Ham and the full ground tour of Goodison Park (worth doing if you're ever up in Liverpool as the guy who does it was a top bloke and really knew his stuff. He was disappointed to hear that Joe Mattock isn't the best left back the world has ever seen though - pretty sure that no formal offer has come in for him yet from the Blue half of Liverpool though as they haven't made any enquries for any players as of yet.)

Anfield was an experience even if the game wasn't brilliant. Also interesting to see wooden seats likes those at Leyton Orient in the section next to the Kop. Expected it to be fully modern and up to date so was quite nice to see the rustic traditional bits are still very much present. Will update my blog later tonight to include all the pics and stuff.

Farnborough were formeley Graham Westley's club until it went bust and he ran off to Stevenage to tap everyone up in the non-league game. They played in red and white back then. Now they play in the original colours of Blue and Yellow and the ground looks in superb nick.
