THANK YOU

Dear Supporter,

On behalf of everyone at Leicester City, I would like to pass on the Club’s gratitude for your support for our FA Cup campaign so far this season.

The Club appreciate the costs associated with following the Club, especially during such difficult times; but thanks to your support, we successfully recorded the highest attendance for the 2nd Round of the competition for our game against Dagenham & Redbridge last Saturday, which followed on from the second highest attendance in the 1st Round.

We would like to offer a small token of our thanks for your continued support. Ideally, this would have been in the form of an additional discount on tickets for the 3rd Round game. Unfortunately however, under the rules of the competition, this is not allowed without approval from our opponents.

We would therefore, as an alternative, like to provide you with an exclusive offer on Leicester City replica shirts in the run up to Christmas. Whether it is a gift for family or friends, or a treat for yourself, we would like to offer you the option to purchase any current Leicester City shirt for just £20, half the normal retail price. We are also offering Kids shirts and Toddler kit packs for just £15 each.

Simply take this letter to the City Megastore, anytime before close of business on Christmas Eve and we will be happy to provide this exclusive price for you.

Thank you again for your continued support. We look forward to welcoming you to our 3rd Round tie against Crystal Palace on January 3rd.

Yours sincerely

Chris Tinbergen

I bought a Black Away shirt after the game on Saturday aswell with my 25% off voucher >_<

Alternativly even if you didn't go to the games and still want a half price shirt, as it says in the e-mail - Just print it off

Think they'd have to pay me to take one of our current home shirts off their hands. Horrible design.

If the offer included retro shirts on t'other hand I'd be very interested...

Pretty good! I wanted to get the black shirt with my 25% discount thing on Saturday but the store was absolutely rammed, so I didn't bother.

To be fair that's pretty good of the club, they didn't have to do anything.

Yeah I thought that, Some things the club deserve to be moaned at but there are some things the club just can't win on and still get moaned at, I'm sure someone won't be happy with this offer

:appl: LCFC.

Good on them, was thinking on the way to the game they might do something.

Was thinking price of tickets though, how come they can't give money off. Is it because its the Fa Cup.

Given the hassle we've had trying to get season ticket holder discounts for our last two cup games I don't think they wanted to go through all the rigmarol again!

Well done to the club. As others have said, they didn't have to do anything, so good on them.

Unfortunately we've purchased my black shirt that I'm getting for Christmas, but still, good offer

What about those of us that went to Stevenage and not to Dagenham?

The club said "you only go to the glamour matches" :P

Erm - £20.00 is not half-price.

Blue shirt retails at £20-£30

Yellow retails at just £20

Black retails at £20-£30

This isn't an offer at all.

Does it? Because I bought a Black one on Saturday with 25% off, But on the tag it was marked at £39.99.

Your correct it's not half-price...Money grabbing bastards - Cheating us out of 1p.

(But I have just looked at the LCFC Online Shop and it does say £20-30, I'm sure it said £39.99 on the tag )

As I said - it's an offer which isn't an offer...unless they'll sell a yellow shirt for a tenner.

I know what your saying and you have proof (The Online shop) but if is correct what i'm saying that they are £39.99 the shop then it is an offer and it is half price, because i'm guessing this offer won't be open to online purchase's.

Are they meant to be cheaper online or has someone fooked up somewhere?

Birmingham will spend more than £100,000 to give all their season ticket holders free entry to their FA Cup match against Wolves as a thank you gesture for their support. (Daily Mail)

Now that's an exciting benefit.

Mine did say £39.99 before the discount was applied. Total cost with Dyer & No. 11 was £41.54

Anyone using the new offer, just be mindful that the new offer won't include name/numbers. Full price for that one. <_<
