I'm no "hero", there's no audience. This is an internet forum with transient participants, you seem to attribute more importance to it and your part within it than actually exists.

I was looking forward to reading some interesting discussion on a very important social issue that's worthy of people being able to state their opinions . both/all sides have very good points to make , and it's a very complicated issue with no easy answers and even though i have stated my opinion , i'm still not quite sure it's the right one .

I personally don't even care how many grammatical errrors or spelling mistakes that posts contain. as i don't see as that is very important (and personally, i am more irritated by the stupid pedantry that follows ) .

It seems to take the place of any constructive discussion on too many occasions on this forum of late

Once again i feel i can't be bothered to trawl through so much detritus to get to anything remotely relevant ,
