I think you'll find it's called the real World, having a laugh, going out with friends, getting laid, getting drunk, getting into real fights with real people. A little place where Yo-Momma joke's seem not exist and would quite frankly deem you just, a silly little twat. Get out there sometime, you might actually enjoy it, or would that alpha e-male character you have built your self online not actually cut it.

I don't think I've got an an alpha male persona on Foxes Talk. 99% of the time I completely don't bother using my mod status at all, in fact I'm often genuinely surprised Mark's never asked me to step down. You just happened to have been the subject about the only time I ever have.

I speak my mind and I'm fairly cheeky, I suppose, but then I'm fairly cheeky and opinionated in person, too.

I've a fight-free track record since my teens and hope to keep it that way because I'm fairly sociable and fairly reasonable (and not in the slightest bit intimidating) and generally get on with most people I know; I'd consider myself relatively diplomatic.

I also consider myself a fairly good judge of what's appropriate and when - and as far as I'm concerned, on Foxes Talk General Chat everything's appropriate all of the time (with a few rare exceptions, Shingler's Baby P thread for example.) For the last time, if anyone's "wrong" here it's you. Look at Master Fox or your beloved Kokopops, look at Daggers or Woolers (TPH.) None of these people are "little boy" teenagers, but they're all far more crude than I am and all love a bit of a giggle.

:dunno: That you've extremely sensitive tastes isn't exactly my doing - and just because I "get" internet banter it by no means makes me some low life, keyboard bound geek.

The Finners is oddly silver tongued in person, believe.

Seriously Finners , you do come across a little as fox123 described , and you can tend to resort to insults and internet pedantry very quickly ( you are by no means alone though ) but your last post did much to change my opinion and perhaps it's just a case of me reading you wrong

I do not suppose that any of us know exactly how our posts appear to others , so maybe there are many on here that has an opinion of me that i may not intend .

I really hope I don't offend anyone , but I can't be sure

Still , c'est la vie , all the best

now i'm quite elderly, and thus my wits have slowed, but i've just noticed you have nearly 5.25k, have you changed your name in the (fairly) recent past?

also re. your other post, i would never allow my daughter to pose for such a picture, but if she was over 16, i guess there'd be not much i could do.

i changed it from IZingari about 6 months ago , prior to that it was Bluesbrother

Yes, with regard to the young girl in the photo , if my daughter was over 16 , then it would be virtually impossible to prevent her , but i'm fairly sure that the girl in question was a lot younger than that at the time and really should have been protected from this sort of exploitation , I'm sorry but I really do see it as exploitation of a minor in the same way as using children as chimney sweeps

I genuinely hope that any parent of a child today would not coerce or allow them to be used in this way , therefore I can't see why many are claiming some sort of victory for freedom .

but I really feel that just lately that my morals are out of kilter with mainstream society .

I love arguing on the internet. It's great fun, I'm sorry. If I'm a sad **** for spending two or three minutes every day when I'm at home writing sarcastic rants or getting worked up over some idiot insulting Wales, being a Nazi right wing douché, calling Daggers a peedo or implying that Rob Earnshaw isn't Jesus then frankly I don't give a toss!

I do get a bit eccentric, I do get a bit snide and some people probably think I do get too aggressive. Sincerely, it's all just a bit of a giggle to me. I do step back, I do roll my eyes and I do have a smile about it away from the keyboard. I can laugh at myself.

I'm not in the business to actively offend anyone, but if anyone is going to go out of their way to be offended by my posts? Meh, fook 'em. It's the internet. They'll either learn to cope or they won't really enjoy E-Life, because in all fairness I'm pretty tame compared to a lot of the forum trolling nerds that roam the internets and at least - like most of them - I'm not too much of an anonymous geek with a keyboard. I'm pretty sure if fox123 really wanted to come and punch some skinny little midget in real life because I made him look silly on the internets then he could quite happily come vent his frustrations (and pick up an assault charge) "IRL."

:dunno: Depends how seriously you want to take things, I guess.

I think it's fair to say - and I'm sure he'd agree - that Finners and I didn't exactly see eye to eye when I first started posting on here. After what I felt was one too many digs (which, in all fairness, was more down to me being over-sensitive than him being a tosser) I PMd him and explained I felt it was getting too personal. He replied - amicably - and was apologetic about unintentionally causing offence.

Since then I've found him to be a top bloke who's far more thoughtful and considered than I gave him credit for initially. I respect his opinions - even if I don't always agree with them - and certainly don't view him as some 'keyboard warrior'. Sure, he's a little acerbic at times but if you can't see that for what it is, you really are taking life rather too seriously.

If fox123 wants to view this as just another example of 'arse-licking' that's fine too. I really ain't that bothered. :)

You've already said that, and I replied to that point. Just to reiterate and emphasise the point, there were girls in my school who were in a C cup by the time they were 12. On the other hand, some had the piss taken out for them for wearing training bras at 17. In fact I know someone who physically isn't that far off from still having a childish figure despite being in her 30's.

He's just a little bitter because he's Welsh.

That and the fact that Ryan Giggs was eligible to play for England

I didn't really build much of an opinion of you until the Saturday after I had created the thread that shalt not be named and I was in Live chat. Initially there was me in there, along with a few others including Sosbanfach, all chatting about the game, being mutual Leicester fans. Then when Daggers entered the room and made a few snide remarks Sosbenfach decided to join in, subsequently I ignored the remarks because I was there as a Leicester supporter talking about the game that was going on.

I have posted before that if I have had something to say, then I have left it in that thread and not spread it across the forum.

As for my extreme sensitive tastes, I think I have posted my views a couple of times regarding the way that children have been talked about in certain ways, it's been taken to the levels it has now because the poster I posted about happened to be a regular, some might say respected member of the forum. Again I have also posted that it would not matter who it was that posted that even my so called beloved Mr Kokopops :wubs: (potentially), I would have had the same reaction.

Posts of crudeness are totally different to what I have based my reasoning towards . I am not some sort of misogynistic arse hole thats naive to the way that men lust after the female body, some of those females in the Chebs thread are a work of art.

The post that you replied to:

I think you'll find it's called the real World, having a laugh, going out with friends, getting laid, getting drunk, getting into real fights with real people. Doesn't actually refer to you as a 'Keyboard bound geek' you decided to refer yourself as that, it merely pointed out that in my Twentys I wasn't bound to my internet, nore did my circle of friends revolve around the internet.

I have seen a lot of immaturity and a lot of naivety in those last two posts of yours today, Sosbenfach, and just for the record, I do get internet banter and I am unsure where I have come across in a way that I would look to 'punch some skinny kid' because of you trying to make me look netually impotent.

To sum: I have merely aired my views about posts I deem to be repugnant and posts that are 'close to the bone' yet your love for arguments have drawn you to these views of mine and probably made both of us look a little immature. Unfortunately I do not share your 'love of arguing' behind a computer or in real life for that matter (thought the latter has certain advantages....you'll get to realise that one day). I do not spread my apparent personal vendetta across different threads in the forum, and contrary to the belief that I am some sort of poster with extreme sensitive tastes, I do love giving the Mrs a 'good seeing too' even though shes in a Sleep paralysis state :D

yes i know ,

but almost every reference to the image describes her as a"pre-pubescent" girl and i take that as a synonym for "child" . if you want to continue to believe that she could be a late developing adult , then do so ,i'll never be able to convince you otherwise, but unless i see some evidence to the contrary , then i'll still regard her as an exploited child .

i just jump to these ridiculous conclusions , i know , but am too old to change now

I don't believe anything, just opening it up as a possibility, so there isn't really any convincing needed to be fair.

For the record, in my opinion all nudity should be banned, but that is because I am a huge prude. This is why I so opposed "Sexy Protest".

Just a few things to close on:

1. It's SosbanFach. I appreciate it isn't English but it's pretty simple to spell, everyone else copes.

2. My circle of friends doesn't revolve around the internet. I love these guys but I see them once every few months.

Yes a possibility , but a highly unlikely one .

I'm not making any comments on nudity with regard to adults ,other than , i am happy to allow freedom of choice in this regard. ( some vulnerable adults need protection , but I don't feel the need to go off on another tangent)

So, to replace the goalposts back into their original place .

My only concern is the possibility that this is an example of exploitation of a minor from the ( fairly recent ) past. and I hope that if a similar image such as this were to appear in the public domain today, those involved would be investigated .

Whether it can be called art or pornography , or whether we should have the rights to view images such as this , I feel these are secondary concerns in my humble opinion and a debate that cannot realistically ever be resolved .

All that I would expect is that they should not be available in mainstream media

I remain on the side of caution when the welfare of children is concerned and make no apoligies if this sounds moralistic or coming from atop a very high horse .

all the best anyway

SobsanFach can come across as being very stern, stern but fair.

I’ve been on the receiving end of some serious internet arguments or two in my time.

This thread is serious. Good luck guys.
