Now I am having some tea with cinnamon - I'll add two drops of propolis tincture as well Is that similar to Proolis elixir medicine, thats good when you've got a cold. Can't be arsed to fanny about putting drops in my tea though. one cup of green tea a day will keep you sorted.

One cup of green tea a day is good, but its properties are not similar to propolis at all. PS: Yeah, putting two drops in your tea is REALLY a nuisance
