Do we still have any kind of connection with them? I read about their rivalry with fellow Calcutta club Mohun Bagan in a book I got for Christmas and got me thinking about them. What have we gained from having them as a feeder club thus far?

Found this information section on Leicester on their website, some of it makes for comical reading! :crylaugh::D

from their website:

as of February 2004: Kingfisher East Bengal Football Club and Leicester City Football Club are pleased to announce a three-year agreement that will see the Kingfisher East Bengal Club receive advice and technical support from the FA Premier League side in a number of areas including:

It's the Inuik connection I'm bothered about.

The ice in the Northern extremes is melting so not only are the Eskimos losing their practice facilities but if their best football talent doesn't end up at Leicester they could well end up in the sea.

That's where our international efforts should be centred...Greenland. And we could perhaps save the polar bears while we're at it.

there stands a stunning and futuristic collaboration of steel and glass that dominates the skyline of Leicester - The Walker Stadium. The City now fill their 32500 seater bowl shaped stadium every matchday.

can't quite decide which sentence is funnier!

RACIST

aren't we meant to call them Inuits now?

Calling all Eskimos Inuits is the same as calling everyone in England a Geordie apparantly.

christ, i didn't even know they could speak... do they exist anymore?

They sure are! They are behind the recent credit crisis. Bloody greedy eskimos.

Shame the contract's finished. For all supporters EBFC should have been a second team.

i don't know about Eskimos but true Geodis are becoming extinct, the problem apparently is with the weather, the lassies have been seen wearing coats and cardies in town on a Friday night and lads are actually wearing their toon shirt's...well the one's that can get in them!

Inuits is definitely closer. I was still in the Near East thinking of a vase I've recently been discussing!
