Granno Posted 22 January 2009 Posted 22 January 2009 Centurion - 100 shots of beer/cider in 100 mins. 1 per minute! They said I couldn't but I did, although i was absolutley fooked. So has anyone ever tried this, or similar drinking games before?
potter3 Posted 22 January 2009 Posted 22 January 2009 How much is that? 4-5 pints? Is it easier in shot form?
Granno Posted 22 January 2009 Author Posted 22 January 2009 How much is that? 4-5 pints? Is it easier in shot form? 2.5 litres. I was absolutley fooked after it, but worth it to wipe the look off the 'you'll never make it past 20 shots' brigade.
Guest Bilo Posted 22 January 2009 Posted 22 January 2009 How much is that? 4-5 pints? Is it easier in shot form? About 3 and a half, but it's WAY harder than it sounds. The reason for this is the amount of air that you ingest with the pint, so you feel bloated and nauseous pretty quickly on your first attempt. It's great fun though, and a real litmus test for your blokishness! Drink away!
simtacular Posted 23 January 2009 Posted 23 January 2009 Done it many times, most memorably at a mates' house. Only remember the first 35 shots, then glimpses of memories. Was apparently sick many times, managed to get a taxi home, passed out just inside the front door, mate thought I had collapsed when he came in from work later on and called 999 haha, oops, Oh well, good times, recommended
Joe. Posted 23 January 2009 Posted 23 January 2009 Been meaning to try it for a while now. Ring of Fire is still the don of drinking games though.

Guest Bilo Posted 23 January 2009 Posted 23 January 2009 I got to 51 and stopped to prevent vomiting. I'm going to improve on that tomorrow I assure you.
Unit Posted 23 January 2009 Posted 23 January 2009 i've just played that stupid drinking game where because its your mums 50th you think ou can drink as much and many prints as you want. crap game.
SOCCERROO FOX Posted 23 January 2009 Posted 23 January 2009 The first 30-40 are easy and the minute in between feels like an attornity then after about the 50 the mintue in between gets shorter and shorter.
eye666 Posted 23 January 2009 Posted 23 January 2009 The real test is the double centurion. Never completed it though. Chundered at 80, continued up to about 140 odd and chundered again, don't remember much after that. Is fun if they are a few of you doing it having a laugh.

It's a good laugh. These days I'd rather just get lashed without some kiddy blowing a whistle every 60 seconds though.

Zingari Posted 23 January 2009 Posted 23 January 2009 drinking games are very very silly drinking large amounts of alcohol should be taken extremely seriously and only attempted by those of us with vast experience and huge capacities
Floating Fox Posted 23 January 2009 Posted 23 January 2009 2.5 litre... in 1 minute!?!?That's just silly! Phube + Drinking games
The People's Hero Posted 23 January 2009 Posted 23 January 2009 I did it, but it was basically a double shot glass. It wasn't pretty. I wasn't sick but most people were and it culminated in a bit of naughtiness.
Ric Flair Posted 23 January 2009 Posted 23 January 2009 I've donned some sick down the shirt after a game of this.
Phube Posted 23 January 2009 Posted 23 January 2009 Phube + Drinking games  I'll have you know I was a whizz at drinking games at Uni: The Cricket game Drink While you think Fuzzy Duck The Aussie Drinking Game 21 But the quickest I could ever do a pint was 13 sec... Can't do volume...
Alexikokopops Posted 23 January 2009 Posted 23 January 2009 Surprisingly enough this is one of the things I didn't do in four years of University. I'm not sure why. Did a power hour (same thing but an hour long) as a start to New Years Eve once with some ridiculous cocktail. That was lethal

I'm dissapointed in you Alexikokopops!! I used to circle every week with hockey! We never did Centurion though! That's not a circle game! Unless you have an incredibly lazy chair. They made the Airport Bar well posh in my last year. It used to bne bloody brilliant for football, with grubby but quick fast food from Bar Food but then they went and changed Bar Food to a Chinese Noodle thing, got rid of all the football and tried to market it as a bit more classy. STUDENTS DON'T WANT CLASS
