Matt Posted 25 January 2009 Posted 25 January 2009 Sheffield United v Hull City Watford v Chelsea (Bastard could have been us - Mind you would have been a home draw anyway) West Ham United v Middlesborough Sunderland or Blackburn Rovers v Coventry City Derby County or Nottingham Forest v Manchester United Swansea City v Fulham Liverpool or Everton v Doncaster Rovers or Aston Villa Cardiff City or Arsenal v West Bromich Albion or Burnley
Floating Fox Posted 25 January 2009 Posted 25 January 2009 Lost all intrest in the FA cup already. Don't even know half the scores from yesterday.
Tevez Posted 25 January 2009 Posted 25 January 2009 Come on Forest, beat Derby then make the game on a Saturday or Sunday evening . I might pop along.
Fosse Boy Posted 25 January 2009 Posted 25 January 2009 Boring. No romance. No derbies. The 'Big Four' all still in the competition. Crap.
dandannieldanok Posted 25 January 2009 Posted 25 January 2009 Sheff Utd v Hull is a cracking tie, other than that no really interesting games.
C-man Posted 25 January 2009 Posted 25 January 2009 Sheff Utd v Hull is a cracking tie, other than that no really interesting games. It is?
Fosse Boy Posted 25 January 2009 Posted 25 January 2009 It is? Yorkshire derby, East Riding v West Riding. It's the "best" of a very, very, very bad bunch.
dandannieldanok Posted 25 January 2009 Posted 25 January 2009 It is? In my opinion yes, both sets of fans will be up for it as it's nearly a local derby and both teams are attack-minded. Would rather have this match on ITV than any of the other ties.
Tommeh Posted 25 January 2009 Posted 25 January 2009 Ever since we were knocked out at Palace I lost interest in the Fa cup, Setanta and ITV have killed it off even more. Not one single half interesting tie in that lot.

I don't know how many times you've seen them this season but I've seen them 4 times, and other than the Sheffield derby, each of the games rank in my bottom 5 this season. Even Sheffield FC at Leek Town was more fun. I'd rather see United smash Forest.

C-man Posted 25 January 2009 Posted 25 January 2009 How was it? It wasn't a bad game. Obviously low on skill and pace, but effort wise it was quality! Ended up 2-2, Sheffield were winning 2-0 aswell! The hordes of travelling support (about 50 I'd say) were gutted at the end.

C-man Posted 25 January 2009 Posted 25 January 2009 I think there were about 250, maybe 300 there. Crowds must be suffering at Leek because of Stoke being in the Premiership.
Uncle Albert Posted 25 January 2009 Posted 25 January 2009 Least the bigboys have avoided each other, the dream final is still on.
Joe. Posted 25 January 2009 Posted 25 January 2009 Isn't it funny how the big teams always avoid each other....
lildave3 Posted 25 January 2009 Posted 25 January 2009 Isn't it funny how the big teams always avoid each other.... Isn't it funny how us, Rushden and Diamonds, Stoke and Millwall avoid each other.
Ultra Posted 26 January 2009 Posted 26 January 2009 Sunderland/Blackburn V Coventry, Tempted. Shouldn't be. We're at home to Swindon that day.
Ashley Posted 26 January 2009 Posted 26 January 2009 Shouldn't be. We're at home to Swindon that day. Maybe not then, Didnt realise Leicester was at home.
