Fox92 Posted 25 January 2009 Posted 25 January 2009 So, we were approaching the Walkers Stadium ahead of the game on Saturday. And noticed that some Huddlesfield fans were parked in the car park at Filbert Street. Does anybody know if it is memers only that can park there or not? Cheers.
Ashley Posted 25 January 2009 Posted 25 January 2009 I thought it was only members, it might have changed now. I know it's expensive to buy a membership for this car park tho.
JoeyB Posted 25 January 2009 Posted 25 January 2009 Takes ages to get out aswell p probs best off asking the ticket office
turkish14 Posted 25 January 2009 Posted 25 January 2009 we,ve parked there on a couple of occassions, only because my wife was heavily pregnant so im pretty sure anyone can park there, we still had to pay £10 per car though and tbh getting out wasn,t too bad (although it did take us 20 mins to walk from the ground to the car, because of the wife )

davieG Posted 25 January 2009 Posted 25 January 2009 You can pay to park there and opposite the stadium on a match by match basis on a first come first served although you can buy a ticket in advance, obviously some spaces are taken up by car park ST holders.
Monk Posted 25 January 2009 Posted 25 January 2009 It's a nightmare of a car park to get out of. My dad and I had a season ticket that included parking last season, and basically unless you leave 10 minutes before the end you won't be out of the city within an hour.
turkish14 Posted 25 January 2009 Posted 25 January 2009 Trade her in for a better model Hay this is Turkish14 wife, I'll have you know I am a dedicated fan and should be comended for getting to the game when about to drop!
1884 Posted 25 January 2009 Posted 25 January 2009 Me and the old man park at Filbo. It's either £10 a game or you can get a ST Car Park. We always leave a couple of minutes before the end so we can get out!

We always leave a couple of minutes before the end so we can get out! Or just park down a side street where its free, and easier to get out. £10 extra towards beer......
