Super Noodle = Pot Noodle = You can buy plain dry noodles in a pack for half the price of that crap - just boil in a pan for a couple of minutes with some brocolli etc, add some soya sauce and you have a healthy and tasty meal in the same time it takes to make a pot noodle.
