the å is like the 'au' in august, or as my missus helpfully pointed out: "it's like 'or' but with out the 'r'..." :doh:

and the ø is...um...like 'er' but without the 'r'.... :unsure:

the closest i can get is like 'saw cert' :dunno:

next lesson - how to say 'vålerenga'

I just read it as 'Viagra' it's much less complicated than worrying about how that funky a sounds. ;)
