the å is like the 'au' in august, or as my missus helpfully pointed out: "it's like 'or' but with out the 'r'..."

and the ø is...um...like 'er' but without the 'r'....

the closest i can get is like 'saw cert'

next lesson - how to say 'vålerenga'
