Bit of a drastic statement, i know, but he was absolutely banging in the goals for cambridge in Div 2 as a young lad ( in a similar way to Simeon was last season) and he absolutely crashed and burned after leaving leicester... Feel for Him. While I do feel for him in respect to the way his career has panned out, I wouldn't place any blame on Leicester City. We gave him a chance and despite the majority of fans taking to him for endeavour alone i guess, he simply wasn't good enough. Many, many players find themselves in similar situations though yet still go on to have a perfectly respectable career at a slightly lower level. Failing to make the grade at Leicester obviously affected his confidence but its having the character to bounce back and prove people wrong that separates some players from others.
