Frenzied Posted 9 May 2005 Posted 9 May 2005 Brouilly - it's a fruity beaujolais that can be chilled. Also Fleurie is great and similar to a Brouilly. For something with a bit more substance I recommend a good Burgandy - a Nuits-St-George is nice. Although for value for money a new world cabernet sauvingon is usually good.
