artursteppe Posted 14 July 2009 Posted 14 July 2009 There are rumours everywhere, and spreading that Milan and Nigel have had a big bust up. The People carried it recently and apparently other forums are full of it. A good friend of mine who genuinely has a reliable contact inside the club ( although like 'know it all' he told me Cox was a done deal at the end of last season ), reckons it is quite a serious 'spat'. He also says Hoos has sided strongly with one of them ( not sitting on the fence ), although he doesn't know which one. I know that isn't much help, but apparently Hoos cancelled his appearance at some sort of function last night because of the internal wranglings. I wonder does 'know it all' know anything? Personally I can't imagine that either of them would give up on the partnership they are developing. We need to remember that Milan and Harry were always falling out at Portsmouth.

Cheers for the info and lets hope it not true, the last thing we need is a manger go round like last time we were in the championship. If Pearson leaves as a result I think Milan will lose any credibility with the fans.
James. Posted 14 July 2009 Posted 14 July 2009 apparently other forums are full of it. Which ones? This looks like a bit of a non-story to me.

True Dude. We always knew when they got together that this sort of thing might happen. I've even got a feeling that Milan alluded to the possibility himself at the time. Neither of them are the sort to give in. Harry wasn't either. Now he left Milan, and then went back later. You are also right that Milan will know the fans would almost certainly be on Nigel's side. I think they will sort it. They were both at both games on Saturday, although they were two or three seats apart.
Edmund Posted 14 July 2009 Posted 14 July 2009 Wont affect me then! I was waiting for the person to pick up on that.

I was with everything you said until the last sentence, then i ied because now i think you may have a point, but if i go back to the beginning of your post "The People carried it recently and apparently other forums are full of it" Swine flu is having a devastating effect on football fans.

Monk Posted 14 July 2009 Posted 14 July 2009 Could you post the links to the 'other forums' where you see this story. I myself do not believe it.
James. Posted 14 July 2009 Posted 14 July 2009 This is bollocks isn't it... "rumours everywhere"... A news report in The People in the middle of silly season hardly constitues everywhere does it. And like I asked earlier which forums is this "all over". This is bullshit but unfortunately it will probably turn into a 20 page thread of absolute drivel. Unless a moderator fancies slapping their e-willy on the table.
Babylon Posted 14 July 2009 Posted 14 July 2009 Could you post the links to the 'other forums' where you see this story. I myself do not believe it. Probably on about this. http://www.fansonline.net/leicestercity/mb...w.php?id=134319 Everytime I see soho post something along the lines of him being "in the know", it has been nicked off another site.

Even before the people posted this story didn't davie g post a link about a supposed falling out between the two over a new media representative.

It is the essence that matters ( in other words is it a serious split, or not?) not how many people are talking about it. Obviously you know a lot about 'dribble' whoops, sorry, drivel. This is something that I have had three people ring me about in the last two hours, who all have seperate sources on the same question. I am sorry, but I didn't think to quiz them on who their 'sources' were!
orod Posted 14 July 2009 Posted 14 July 2009 the Jordan picture says "true slapper" to me, not true love its all about stability, without that, we wont be successful for years

beighton155 Posted 14 July 2009 Posted 14 July 2009 Fear not gentlemen, I have it on excellent authority there is no truth whatsoever in any spat, it is all just lazy journalism.

James. Posted 14 July 2009 Posted 14 July 2009 Whoever over rode Finnegan's closure should think again. He was right to, this thread does more harm than good. Is it kicking off in the Mods room?
Edmund Posted 14 July 2009 Posted 14 July 2009 the Jordan picture says "true slapper" to me, not true love it wasn't serious. It was a play on zingaris (sp) post. You read to much heat magazine. Thats if its not true Yeah i noticed it had closed. I think it should stay alive, but best if its killed off with evidence that kills the story.

I shan't say who bit I spoke to someone on the phone seeking clarification and highlighting the panic on the forums and was told in no uncertain terms it was nonsence.
