Fox92 Posted 19 September 2009 Posted 19 September 2009 I said with the correct distribution (that quality midfielders like Oakley and ecspecially Wellens can provide), with the correct strike partner again (Stevie, what a great man to have at the side of you if you are a striker), then Matty Fryatt could be a top Championship goalscorer. He has a manager in Pearson that has faith in him and that will play him, where as Holloway/Allen/even Megson never really played him so Matty most probably didn't have any confidence at all but now the manager loves him, Matty's confidence is getting translated into Championship goals. Get in Matty. Legend.
City_4_Life Posted 19 September 2009 Posted 19 September 2009 H/T Great half for us and Fryatt. Lets have more in the second please.
Wycombe Fox Posted 19 September 2009 Posted 19 September 2009 2-0 up at half-time? Don't we usually play better in the second half?

Manderic's pants Posted 19 September 2009 Posted 19 September 2009 2-0 up at half-time?Don't we usually play better in the second half? Only at home!
Lillehamring Posted 19 September 2009 Posted 19 September 2009 I'm on the train and can't listen... what change did he make to the team? went from 4 across the middle with gally and oakley on the wing, to a diamond with kingy holding and gally playing (where he claims is his best position) just behind the front two....
AmericanScott Posted 19 September 2009 Posted 19 September 2009 By the sounds of it, we're doing a cracking job! Fryatt sounds dangerous. I like how we're forcing Watford to play route one and Brown/Hobbs just gobble those up all day long. Keep it going City
Mikey Posted 19 September 2009 Posted 19 September 2009 2-0 up at half-time?Don't we usually play better in the second half? Nah, we're a 1st half team away from home!
