9. Where do you usually walk your dog? e.g locally, park/lake - Anywhere that doesnt have grass (grass seed allergy)

10. How often do you walk your dog a day? 3 times

11. Is your dog well behaved off a lead? Most of the time

12. How far do you usually walk your dog (miles) 2

13. How long do you usually walk your dog (minutes) 1 hour

To be honest I find it a bit odd that you're posting a questionnaire about dogs on a completely unrelated forum, especially with no explanation of why you want the information or how it's going to be used. Just seems a little impolite to expect people to bother answering it without a little more clarification on your part.

You hand them out. Once you hand it, you have no control. Up to the person answering if they want to take it seriously and give honest answers or not.
