Thracian Posted 8 October 2009 Posted 8 October 2009 Pleased for all of them. Striker Chamberlain perhaps deserves special mention because he's made quite an impact this season. The consistency at which he's scored goals has surprised me because he doesn't especially catch the eye as especially strong, big, or skillful but he does have a burst of speed and an instinct for being in the right place. Also he never seems to let his head drop. Times he may be thwarted or over-powered by some giant centre-back but still he ends up on the scoresheet or helping to make something happen. Whether that will be enough eventually I don't know. Billy McKay was much the same but he disappeared from the scene, scoring one goal in his three appearances only for Northampton so far.
