dandannieldanok Posted 6 December 2009 Posted 6 December 2009 How many times does it need to be said; it's pointless bringing back a winger when you play a formation that doesn't use wingers. The lad is clearly enjoying his football immensely at Leeds, it would be a travesty to take him away from that in order for him to sit on the bench. We made the decision to loan him out, let him enjoy his football and come back at the end of the loan period a happy and better player.

That is true, but he has started a few games recently and he seems to be relishing the cameo role up there whereas I just don't see him, or any of the other wingers in our squad, fitting in down here at the minute (wrongly in my opinion).
