You're a good laugh you are, welcome to the forum

Glad your doing well this year, been the Surprise Package of the premiership. Look a team hard to beat like we were under O Neil.

Hope you finish above Villa.

Like Brum. Decent set of fans. Glad to see them doing well.

Plus Villa get a rimming on here and everywhere currently so it's good to see them offer competition helps that that Gold, Sullivan and Brady have jumped ship.

Yeah i don't get that, we hate Villa i thought. Their fans are up there with the Newcastle ******.

Live in Birmingham, decent set of fans compared to Villa fans who expect to win every game. There was a time when they were questioning MON, Agbonlohor isn't good enough apperently and Heskey dosen't score enough goals.

Few of the family are Bluenoses. Always gonna be be in the Villa's shadow although they are having a great season.

Villa have lots of good young English players and play decent football, that's why. Plus O'Neill is a very likeable manager. But yea, not taking anything away from Brum - fantastic season so far. Shows that there is hope for all of us....?!

i knew someone who worked for midlands gas so i got the chance to watch them (from on of the boxes at st andrews) many years ago. it's always good to see a team of that size doing well and i hope they continue to do so. he's putting together a good side.

TBH I've always preferred Villa but dont mind Brum at all.

I never rated McCleish and thought you were lucky to go up and thought you'd go down becasue you dont score enough goals. However after seeing you show its possible to have a good defence and satying up by winning games 1-0 we can take heart from this as we dont score enough either but you dont have to do well.

Good luck for the season but I still prefer Villa!

Got no beef with Brum, having a quality season and hope it continues

What's wrong with Birmingham's current success? Nothing.

They're doing what all aspiring Premier League clubs should do. Invest in quality players for little money, go for good loans, build a solid, steady squad throughout the years and don't try playing it too big. Having faith in your manager also helps. The board doesn't appear to be of the overreacting sort and that certainly is testimony to how well this club is run.

They've got a quality back spine in goal, defense and even midfield. It's only the striker situation that needs some adjustment, imho.
