purpleronnie Posted 24 February 2010 Posted 24 February 2010 Big headphones are stupid. Yeah they look stupid. Idiots. I'm six years old. Yeah thats right 6. You can't question it.
Rocket-Ron Posted 25 February 2010 Posted 25 February 2010 These any good? Leicester Hifi & Cymbiosis have all the Sennheiser phones on a rack that you can listen to when your in town.
Lillehamring Posted 25 February 2010 Posted 25 February 2010 got my hd-280's today - not even warmed them in, of course, but sounding great already - as promised a really flat sound, perhaps a little sharp, but hopefully they'll soften a bit... did try them thru my marantz amp too and they sound awesome with the loudness on cheers for the recommendation
Darkzzz_ Posted 9 April 2010 Posted 9 April 2010 Huge fan of Sennheiser and considering the cheap price of these I have been hugely impressed. I purchased a pair of Sony cans last year that were £70 and they were shocking and broke within 5 months. These are my iPod touch ones: These are my laptop ones:
hairy Posted 9 April 2010 Posted 9 April 2010 My lad is after a pair of WeSC Bongo headphones. Anyone any experience of WeSC?
Samilktray Posted 9 April 2010 Author Posted 9 April 2010 WESC = absolutely awful. Got given a pair as a replacement for some Skull Candys I had a while back, sound qualitys trash, no bass and they feel really tacky and easy to break.
Edmund Posted 9 April 2010 Posted 9 April 2010 WeSC in the clothing company WeSC? I've not heard them but I'd stay well clear. I'd much rather stick to a brand that specialises in audio equipment.
AoWW Posted 11 April 2010 Posted 11 April 2010 I have these Sennheiser CX550 and love 'em. Mixed reviews on Amazon though.
Lillehamring Posted 11 April 2010 Posted 11 April 2010 for the record, those sennheiser i bought earlier in the thread are great, and getting better...
The Doctor Posted 11 April 2010 Posted 11 April 2010 christ. i need to find me some reliable cheap in ear headphones - i've had about 4 pairs already this calander year all of which have cut out in one ear only. Found some bargin basment ones in poundland or somewhere like that 4 for £1 and they work fine but they're just so quiet no matter how loud my music is edit: Change that. They're so quiet for certain tracks - turn the sound up high then the next track starts up and is horrendously loud so i turn it back down and the circle goes on and on.
