There's a few that do all the optical illusion stuff, Julian Beever is probably the most prominent artist though. Some of the stuff he does is ridiculous.

A friend went to Malawi and no one told her that you have to iron your clothes before you put them on because insects lay their eggs in the clothing and they then burrow their way under you skin to live (like the Bot fly). Imagine finding that out the hard way!!!!

The scorpion won it in the end but took one hell of a beating in the process. Imagine finding that out the hard way!!!! I had something similar when I was abroad in the tropics. It was some sort of worm (I think hookworm) that infiltrated my skin apparently through my feet when I walked around bare foot. The worst thing was I could see them under the skin all over my body.
