The man is an absolute legend. He's taken an under performing team with far too many players looking for one last pay day and turned them into a cohesive unit hungry to play for the shirt.

There's going to be inevitable interest in him from the middle of the road prem clubs come summer so i can only hope we can string 3 more wins together, get into the prem and sign him up to a 5 year contract.

It may be worth people's time to look at the thread which likened the Pearson appointment to the Yorkshire Ripper as a mentor for a call girls' charity.
