Mee Posted 12 May 2010 Posted 12 May 2010 I like this team, Fryatt and Howard (Despite lack of match practice) , have a partnership, they showed it us in League 1. This is a whole different scenario but they still have that. I think route 1 to howard today, and fryatt to run onto the through balls. Pearson knows what he is doing. Cmon City
Narborough_fox Posted 12 May 2010 Posted 12 May 2010 worked in League 1 ... not Champioship in Nige I might not trust!
flanimal Posted 12 May 2010 Posted 12 May 2010 I'm sorry but Fryatt is not up to standard, Howard has been out for three games. I don't know what to think.
Edmund Posted 12 May 2010 Posted 12 May 2010 Weale, Solano, Hobbs, Bruce, Berner, Gallagher, Wellens, King, Dyer, Fryatt, Howard Spearing and Waghorn dropped with Fryatt and Howard starting.
Legend_in_blue Posted 12 May 2010 Posted 12 May 2010 We could possibly do this. The game last night gave me hope that "this is possible". NP might come up with a tactical masterplan. If he does, his decision making could be worth 90 million. As I see it, tonight's game is the final. Win this and we'll beat Blackpool at Wembley. The winner of this tie will win the playoffs, I have no doubt of that.
SOCCERROO FOX Posted 12 May 2010 Posted 12 May 2010 Lack of Spearing is a worry I thought his tracking back and hard work save our arse a few times on Sunday. It's 4am over here I haven't been able to sleep all nite.
Bausor Posted 12 May 2010 Posted 12 May 2010 They cud off been practicing hoofball in trainning with fryatt running in behind?
Bugg Posted 12 May 2010 Posted 12 May 2010 worked in League 1 ... not Champioship in Nige I might not trust! Sorry but how often have we actually seen this partnership in the Championship, not much with the introduction of Waggy etc. so give it a rest.
Salieri Posted 12 May 2010 Posted 12 May 2010 Can't believe all the moaning in here already and the match hasnt even started!
Lisburn Fox Posted 12 May 2010 Posted 12 May 2010 This is the team I picked with the exception of Fryatt and Waghorn swapping places, I hope I am wrong but I think NP has got this all wrong. Fryatt did not look confident or match fit on Sunday. A positive maybe that Waggy can come on and make a difference and Fryatt is not really that type of player. I trust NP and he knows a lot more about the players than us so all I can say is I am sh*t*ng myself stomach is in Knots, Mrs and kids have gone upstairs with strict instructions not to come down until I have calmed down (good old multi room). C'MON LEICESTER, C'MON LEICESTER, C'MON LEICESTER!!
atw88 Posted 12 May 2010 Posted 12 May 2010 Marshall McNaughton Hudson Blake Kennedy Burke McPhail Ledley Whittingham Bothroyd Chopra Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeah
Dylan Posted 12 May 2010 Author Posted 12 May 2010 Marshall McNaughton Hudson Blake Kennedy Burke McPhail Ledley Whittingham Bothroyd Chopra Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeah Same team as sunday right?
atw88 Posted 12 May 2010 Posted 12 May 2010 Shouldnt you be at the game? I live in Peterborough, I'm a ST holder but midweeks when I don't drive are impossible.
Legend_in_blue Posted 12 May 2010 Posted 12 May 2010 Weale, Solano, Hobbs, Bruce, Berner, Gallagher, Wellens, King, Dyer, Fryatt, Howard There will be no width down the right with this system. But that goes without saying - we've had it for two seasons. This needs to be the Gallagher show tonight. He needs to pop up here, there and everywhere. Please do not try to stick to the right. This never works. Fryatt isn't match sharp, big gamble. Big gambles go both ways. Either it's a masterstroke or it ends in disaster. Barnsley, Ipswich, QPR and Plymouth pulled off a win at Cardiff. Why can't we?
Ricey Posted 12 May 2010 Posted 12 May 2010 Definitely agree with starting Fryatt, he's not a impact sub and tends to score more goals in the first half. COME ON LEICESTER!!!
atw88 Posted 12 May 2010 Posted 12 May 2010 Barnsley, Ipswich, QPR and Plymouth pulled off a win at Cardiff. Why can't we? Because you're not a side in the bottom half of the division.
Legend_in_blue Posted 12 May 2010 Posted 12 May 2010 Because you're not a side in the bottom half of the division. Complacency.
NGoloMode Posted 12 May 2010 Posted 12 May 2010 I live in Peterborough, I'm a ST holder but midweeks when I don't drive are impossible. Fair enough
Lisburn Fox Posted 12 May 2010 Posted 12 May 2010 I thought Burke was out with a groin strain. Not that I really care we have got to BEAT whatever team they put in front of us. If anyone at the ground can throw Chopra a bookies credit note he will be off putting his wages on the next snail race from Rhyl.
iancognito Posted 12 May 2010 Posted 12 May 2010 Let's pray it's tactical genius. Good omens. Yesterday at work we had a customer called DJ Watts who we couldn't contact about his order because the number 3 was missing from his contact details. DJ then scored 3 goals (it's not a tenuous link at all!) Today we took an order from a Mr Howard who bought 3 things from us and returned one later. So Howard first scorer & 3-1 it is Like I said, it's not a tenuous link at all EDIT: 150/1 for Howard 3-1... worth a quid.
atw88 Posted 12 May 2010 Posted 12 May 2010 I wouldn't even worry about Chopra scoring, he hasn't for 5 weeks. Wing play is where we'll get you.
