nuttytimmy Posted 22 July 2010 Author Posted 22 July 2010 There is a thread about the away shirt here: http://www.foxestalk.co.uk/forums/index.php?showtopic=66155 Umm... That's this one.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 22 July 2010 Posted 22 July 2010 Umm... That's this one. Yes, but at the time I posted that in a different topic, which has now been moved into this one.
Poakey Posted 23 July 2010 Posted 23 July 2010 Had no plans in getting one but popped in the club shop with the Ind Coup shirt in mind but after seeing the yellow away shirt in the flesh i walked out with long sleeved one, looks amazing.
Disco Posted 23 July 2010 Posted 23 July 2010 Get rid of the black kit, and bring back the White one !!!
milan_foxes Posted 23 July 2010 Posted 23 July 2010 Get rid of the black kit, and bring back the White one !!! Racist!
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 23 July 2010 Posted 23 July 2010 Get rid of the black kit, and bring back the White one !!! Exactly what Wayne Brown said
goose2010 Posted 23 July 2010 Posted 23 July 2010 not usually a fan of the badges on the sleeves but i'm liking the npower ones! thinking now getting the yellow in long sleeve, sorry if this has already been asked but did the club say they would put the sponsor on free of charge when we finally find out what it is?!

Yes, they will do this free of charge.
Southern Fox Posted 26 July 2010 Posted 26 July 2010 New shirt arrived today and sadly Im very disappointed It feels cheap and is really baggy - I ordered a Medium and it looks massive The collar is flappy Its slightly see through and the Burrda label on side of shirt looks tacky in black when on a yellow with white trim shirt Ok - I hate it Looks better on the OS with players wearing it than it does in the flesh - gutted
FoxyPV Posted 26 July 2010 Posted 26 July 2010 I have to agree - saw several supporters wearing them on Sat and they just looked cheap and unimaginative
Tilley Posted 26 July 2010 Posted 26 July 2010 I saw someone with it on down Fosse Park. Firstly, why would you go shopping in a football shirt? Secondly, what a piece of shite that top is and for FOURTY quid?! Serious waste of money.
Southern Fox Posted 26 July 2010 Posted 26 July 2010 Seriously in the flesh it looks like a cheap shirt with own badge just whacked on I swear the badge on it isnt even straight??? It really is horrible - but will I wear it to matchdays - probably
JmorsonLCFC Posted 26 July 2010 Posted 26 July 2010 Ohh stop moaning it's much better than last years away kit, all dull and bland. Leicester should always have a yellow or white away kit. And to me it feels just as cheap as last year's shirts. No problems with the yellow away kit it's ace!

Fosse Boy Posted 26 July 2010 Posted 26 July 2010 I just hate black kits. Think this guy might have summat to say about that...
Fox You Forest Posted 26 July 2010 Posted 26 July 2010 Think this guy might have summat to say about that... The black pudding one he did was quality.
Neil_LCFC Posted 26 July 2010 Posted 26 July 2010 Saw it properly in Asda earlier, gets worse. I saw it in Asda today for the first time properly up close & think it is shocking, cheaply made the stitched Burrda logo's were awful quality & barely legible. I bet it costs no more than £2 to make & I wouldn't wear it if you gave me one ! I hope the new 84 retro shirt is in stock as I will get that instead next time I visit the club shop as my old 84 cotton retro shirt is looking a bit jaded now.
Edmund Posted 26 July 2010 Posted 26 July 2010 I bet it costs no more than £2 to make Like any football shirt costs more than a quid to make
Neil_LCFC Posted 27 July 2010 Posted 27 July 2010 Like any football shirt costs more than a quid to make The thing is if they spent £5 making it & made it better quality & design they may sell say 10000 with a £35 profit instead of selling 5000 because it's cheap & tacky with a £39 profit. Having it as cheaply & badly made as possible means thousands of fans instantly won't buy it.
Bert Posted 27 July 2010 Posted 27 July 2010 If people wanna buy it, buy it. If people don't like it then that's fair enough too. Not everyone's going to agree over something like this.
davieG Posted 27 July 2010 Posted 27 July 2010 If people don't like the quality and yet still buy it they'll continue to offer 2nd rate goods at 1st rate prices. What other clothing products would people buy if they thought it was crap quality - none I suspect. Fair enough when you pay to watch games you are pretty certain are going to be crap because the only alternative is not to go but with a replica shirt there are plenty of other options.
