I saw a documentary comparing british grass roots with hollands and neadless to say they had incredible facilities compared to us. The more children in one area the more money the council had to spend on top class facilities, huge amount of all weather floodlight pitches, all free, all with changing ooms. Everytime there are houses built they have to also include sports facilities, it really was light years ahead of us. And this is the result.
