Finnegan Posted 29 September 2010 Posted 29 September 2010 Neil Warnock might be a **** but he is not a bad manager. Neil Warnock is the single most overrated manager in football history. I'm always hearing this rubbish about Warnock "knowing how to be successful in this league" but correct me if I'm wrong but has he not only gotten out of this division ONCE before? After YEARS trying at at the Blades? He frequently flatters to deceive and falls short. There are those who love to hate him and those who love to defend him because of those who love to hate him. But all in all he's just a very average manager with a very big gob.

Finnegan Posted 29 September 2010 Posted 29 September 2010 Just because he's better than some of the shit we've had it doesn't make him anything more than a second-tier journeyman.
Guest Mee-9 Posted 29 September 2010 Posted 29 September 2010 I would laugh my head off if Dowie came in at the start of next week, and we went on a like 20 game win streak.
Arkie Bennett Posted 29 September 2010 Posted 29 September 2010 The team's been riddled with indiscipline since Sousa's arrival. It's shown in the number of goals we've conceded, the red cards, the lack of defensive organisation etc. Just seen the goals we conceded against Norwich and three of those goals would simply not have happened last season - the marking is terrible. For me, it all points to a lack of respect for the manager. Those who say the players should automatically respect their manager - that's rubbish. Respect is earned, whatever his achievements as a player. I don't agree. Respect is there to be lost. Society would be much better off if we all dropped the unpleasant American "you have to earn my respect" attitude.

I would never want Warnock at City, he is probably the biggest cvnt in English Football. He's better than most of the managers we've had in recent years but that means little, we've had a pretty uninspiring bunch of manager pass by, and there's nothing to say he'd do better, despite his record. Holloway's record with City stricken off it is pretty impressive, but we all know full well what happened when he got the city job.
Stocker Posted 29 September 2010 Posted 29 September 2010 I have thought we need to give him a chance to bring a passing game to the club (something i slated NP for not doing) but i think he has had enough time now and the performances are awful. I would say if we dont beat and give a good performance against scunny he must be out and Powell in.
Salieri Posted 29 September 2010 Posted 29 September 2010 As much as i love Powell it would be too much of a gamble to install him on a permanent basis in our current predicament.
CaptBonez Posted 29 September 2010 Posted 29 September 2010 At the Norwich game, we played better then Portsmouth. But ... Sousa is still screwing us up. OUT! Enough time has elapsed to prove his worth and he has been found severely wanting. WE ARE LEICESTER!
