The Year Of The Fox Posted 1 October 2010 Posted 1 October 2010 Just heard this from someone. Heard about Sven and all that, but as nothings been announced yet, could it be true??
Edmund Posted 1 October 2010 Posted 1 October 2010 Saw a number plate reading 0'NEI11 at the Texaco Garage earlier.
Babylon Posted 1 October 2010 Posted 1 October 2010 Just heard this from someone. I heard similar from someone too. But the sven thing seems rather nailed on.
turkish14 Posted 1 October 2010 Posted 1 October 2010 As far as im aware he still has his appartment in stoneygate, might mean sod all!!!
The Year Of The Fox Posted 1 October 2010 Author Posted 1 October 2010 I heard similar from someone too. But the sven thing seems rather nailed on. With all due respect, nailed on by who? I can only find a report on the Mirror website. In the top left hand corner it also has a rumour about Owen going back to Liverpool! The only thing that could back the rumour up is that we must already have someone sorted out, as we wouldn't get rid of a manager 24 hours before a game.
The Year Of The Fox Posted 1 October 2010 Author Posted 1 October 2010 smoothing the way for the controversial move to go through in the next few days. The veteran Swede is set to commit although he wants thorough talks to be sure about Leicester's plans after falling for Notts County's promises a year ago and eventually leaving the club where he was director of football during a bizarre spell. Leicester are now backed by cash from Thailand and Indonesia and representatives of those groups have singled out Eriksson because of his name and experience. Personally I hope its not true. Think he's a very good manager, but he doesn't settle well anywhere does he? We need someone on the touchline who will impose themselves on the players.
Master Fox Posted 1 October 2010 Posted 1 October 2010 I can't take this. O'Neill as our manager again just seems too good to be true. But please, PLEASE!! Martin come back and save us!
Wymsey Posted 1 October 2010 Posted 1 October 2010 Why did he leave Villa for? Low transfer budget given to him? If this was the case then there's no way he will want to move here. Hope i am not correct though.

Really can't think of any. I also heard though that his wife isn't well again, so maybe he wouldn't want it
Babylon Posted 1 October 2010 Posted 1 October 2010 With all due respect, nailed on by who? I can only find a report on the Mirror website. You can discredit the mirror if you want, but which newspaper broke the Sousa is sacked story..... the Mirror. Nothing is ever 100% but they seem pretty sure... only the board know!!! It may not all be over regarding O'Neil anyway... from Bob Hazell on TB who does know his onions "Both have been contacted. Seems MON more likely right now, though." but he does go on to state "An hour is a long time in LCFC-world". Which means of course things may have changed since he was told that.

Both are exciting prospects BUTTTTTT O'neil is less of a risk. To be honest, I'm just happy it isn't the same old Dowie, Reid, Pardrew etc crowd!! Haha Can't even believe I am discussing Sven or MON
Rocky Dennis Posted 1 October 2010 Posted 1 October 2010 Theres no way talks would take place at The Walkers! My friend lives about 10 yards away from the Training Ground entrance, there are lots of cameras and "blokes in suits". Unfortunately my friend wouldnt know MON if he walked past her in the street, but seriously does anyone really beleive MON would be at the stadium today of all days?? Talks would take place well away from media glare, or mates of mates sending texts for that matter!!

theunknownlcfc Posted 1 October 2010 Posted 1 October 2010 confirmed by the goal keeper down at the training ground - which is where oneill was.
Guest Basildon Fox Posted 1 October 2010 Posted 1 October 2010 confirmed by the goal keeper down at the training ground - which is where oneill was. The goal keeper? Surely you would know his name if this were true.
Wymsey Posted 1 October 2010 Posted 1 October 2010 confirmed by the goal keeper down at the training ground - which is where oneill was. If the goalie is saying this before a very important game, does this mean that the players are not training?
jimmer Posted 1 October 2010 Posted 1 October 2010 confirmed by the goal keeper down at the training ground - which is where oneill was. AAAARRRRRGGGGGHHHH
rabbid Posted 1 October 2010 Posted 1 October 2010 Leicester are now backed by cash from Thailand and Indonesia and representatives of those groups have singled out Eriksson because of his name and experience. Unless some knows better than me theirs been no announcement of the league accepting the takeover and theirs been no release of the mystery consortium member. So theirs still no money.
