Ford Super Sunday Posted 25 October 2010 Posted 25 October 2010 I remember this from the summer, wasn't it the one where they put a load of thick airheads and general materialistic Big Brother-type viewers on, and then watch them get silly questions wrong. If they actually put people with half a brain on it the production company would lose an awful lot of money with the standard of some questions. Quite enjoyed it still, all being said

StanSP Posted 25 October 2010 Posted 25 October 2010 What on Earth is this programme about!??!?!? Contestants start with a £1m. There's 8 questions they have to answer correctly to potentially win the £1m. On each question though, they can choose to split where the money goes for each answer choice given. So for example if question 1 was, hypothetically, 'How many hours are in a day?' The choice of answers would be A) 24 B) 26 C) 28 or D) 22. The contestant has the opportunity to either put £1m on a certain answer, or split it across any other answer, depending on how confident they are. Say for example they put 500k on Answer A, and 250k on B, and 250k on C, they would get 500k only to take on to the next question, and lose the other amounts of money because they were put on the incorrect answer. THey could all use the £1m on one answer if they were super-confident, but the questions obviously aren't as easy as the one I just gave!

Forgot to add, I think the in the 5th to 7th round, the choice of answers drop to 3, and then in the final round there's only a choice of 2 answers.
