Well Sven is hardly going to sign players on the basis of whether they'd want to play for us or not if he left us. I suppose what you're saying is, we are signing and being linked with quality players that most clubs at our level are unable to. Surely a good thing if the opportunity arises?

Maybe our fears are true, perhaps Wellens is off

No Sven's not, but the owners might give it some thought. The world is full of class footballers by Championship standard but building an effective football team is about much more than collecting signatures on a piece of paper.
