Yeah dabbled with the EA series several times since the very first EA Manager, through Total Club Manager and now more recently. They're all terrible.

FIFA Manager's shit. It's too gimicky, eg. designing your own stadium, buying the club etc.

TCM 04ish wasn't actually too bad, FM is a lot better though.

I don't care it, was good with 4 people Progressed a lot faster than FM which is what you want with 4 13/14 year olds playing in the same room

Got fifa manager 11 for £8 from amazon which I thought was worth a punt. It's never going to directly replace FM but it's not a bad alternative. Certainly had a lot of fun so far...
