Thank you once again for your support of our great club. Your loyalty and commitment is unquestionable and we are grateful for the faith you have shown by purchasing a season-ticket for the 2011-2012 campaign.

That faith has been replicated by thousands of other Leicester City supporters and as a result we have exceeded season-ticket sales at the equivalent time last year. That is a superb achievement and once again illustrates what a special club Leicester City really is.

I feel, beyond doubt, that we are moving in the right direction. In Sven-Goran Eriksson, we have a world-class manager, and he is rapidly assembling a talented playing and coaching staff.

Off the field, the club is looking towards the future and as such, we are keen to invest in the development of the stadium and the matchday experience. The large screens are one of the first signs of this investment and we look forward to enhancing your enjoyment of your club in the coming months.

With the deadline for the Early Bird discount having passed, we now turn our attention to the next season-ticket deadline of Saturday April 30th. As such, I have begun to wonder how truly fantastic it would be if we could edge closer to filling the stadium on a regular basis. The atmosphere against Manchester City in the FA Cup third round game in January was really something to remember. With that day in mind, if you know of anyone who is yet to buy their season-ticket for 2011-2012, please remind and urge them to be a part of what is sure to be a memorable season.

I cannot thank you enough for your great support, but I can guarantee that we will continue to invest in the club on and off the field. I want to repay your loyalty with success and I’m delighted that you’ve chosen to play an active role in the next chapter of our journey, alongside thousands of others as we continue to strive for excellence.

Kind regards,

Aiyawatt ‘Top’ Raksriaksorn

Fair play to him. Can't recall having a thank-you letter like this before..

Mandaric had them as well, nothing particularly personal about them just a bog standard approach to customer relations, I doubt he wrote it although I'm sure he approved it - means nothing to me.
