Morris!

Lee Morris will miss upto 5 months of the new Championship season with cruciate ankle damage. The 24 year old striker has had a torrid time at Leicester City since his move from East Midlands outfit Derby County. Morris has yet to make his official Leicester debut after costing them 120k pounds in January 2004. This is yet another cruel blow to Leicester City's promotion campaign as they are already without Dion Dublin (Suspended) , Chris Makin (Suspended) and Nathan Blake (Hamstring).

OH MY GOD.

I actually predicted this would happen in the summer, i said he'd play a few pre season games and be injured until Christmas  I'll try and find it ;)

Fantastic signing Adams.

Erm, you can't just release a player who's under contract!

This has nothing to do with Adams. If he had medical problems the medical team should have picked it up, and maybe he's just unlucky and this was a bad accident on the training ground or wherever it happens.

Still, carry on blaming Adams for everything if it makes you feel better. You should write to him about his disgraceful handling of the whole running out of drinks in the concourse affair.

I think he should be released aswell thats truly shocking :!:

He signed a player who we all knew was injury prone - and continues to do it. I think it attracts him.

You can release players who are under contract , but you have to pay the rest of his contract off

This is not Lee Morris's fault nor is it Micky's fault.

Just becuase he has had injuries in the past don't mean he will have them for the rest of his carrer, Micky signed him when he injury free. There has been countless times when a club has brought a player dogged with injuries and thay have gone on to do very well for them.

The lad is unlucky, VERY unlucky, but no matter how frustrating this is for us it is no ones fault at all.

Hi, this is my first post on here.

Theres no such thing as a cruciate ankle injury! It's the cruciate ligament in the knee that people injure i doubt a press release would get something like that wrong!!

theres nothing on the lcfc web site about this and they're usually the first to pick up any new stuff even before bbc does

so until i see it on there i will take that with a pinch of salt

The OS is usually one of the last places to find out 'bad' news.

god, how bloody annoying, but you could see it coming

I agree this is probably Adams' worst signing but I will not criticise him for it because name me one manager who does not take risks when signing players? Everyone seems so keen to moan about the bad signings he makes on here that they forget to praise him for the good ones.
