As long as you adopt that attitude all will be fine and let's face it, if you ever do return to work for the same company there is a distinct possibility your former boss will have moved elsewhere interanlly or externally anyway.

Will keep it professional, at least I'm leaving for a positive reason (ie not slagging the company off). Expecting the 3rd degree from them but have answers prepared for the expected questions...

FoxesAreBlue Posted 3 August 2011 Author Posted 3 August 2011 Wern't too bad actually letting the boys in the ivory tower know, they were shocked and tried to talk me out of it but after that it was all handshakes, man-hugs and well wishes all round. I wasn't gonna tell my collegues but just after my resignation they announced it to the sales team anyway so bit of weird day as the news filtered through the company and every1 asking questions. Luckily I'm still allowed on the company birthday weekend bash to benidorm the week after I go RESULT!!
