Question is do i take the week off as wanna spend time with kids and sort them ready for school return next week, or do I enjoy a quiet week without taking the leave..?? Can't decide...

This forum doesn't look like a democracy and freedom of speech to me, it looks like a dictatorship by the elite few with admin priv's.. I think you'll also find I'm not the only who's never been 100% sure of the Sven appointment, don't see you berating those guys..?

No. So how exactly has your freedom of speech been affected? People may freely disagree with you and challenge yours or anyones point of view... that IS a democracy.

If youre anything like me, you work hard..put in extra time during busy/high pressure times... its a trade off On their dying day.. no one will ever say.. "I wish i spent more time at work"
