Henry & Bergkamp are the best partnership I've ever seen live. Hard to say who was better than the other. Gianfranco Zola is up there with them as the best I've seen at the old Filbert Street ground.

Fuck right off. "Not a patch"? Have a word with yourself. The man scored 226 goals in 370 games and did it with more style than anybody else could have done. Bergkamp was an absolute genius but to say he's streets above Henry is just plain ridiculous.

John Terry has been superb for years. Rio was good but has definitly not shown his best form for years.

JT Reads the game brilliantly. His legs maybe are going though ..

Phil Jones and Smalling are the 2 best prospects IMO.

If you put all the attributes of a quality defender and try match them up you'll realize that Jonathan Woodgate & Wes Brown are 2 of the best centre backs we have/had. Both just been unbelievebly unlucky with injuries throughout their careers.

Henry v Bergkamp - Bergkamp was superb but Henry is much better all round. Can't believe some of the stuff im seeing above.

I'm not sure JT does read the game superbly - not anymore anyway. Last few times I've seen him play his positioning has been questionable. I'm not saying he's not a good player, I just don't think he's the great player he's sometimes made out to be.

Not sure whether it's all down to dwindling pace though. Franco Baresi never had pace and he was fooking brilliant.

Bergkamp wasn't streets above Henry, but Henry isn't 'much better' than Bergkamp either. DB's turn and goal against Newcastle (I think) is one of my favourite goals! He scored a couple of decent ones against us aswel.
