My choices would be:

1) Blue Ash - No More No Less

2) Fashion - Product Perfect

3) The Ozark Mountain Daredevils - It'll Shine When It Shines

4) The Saints - I'm Stranded

5) Montrose - Montrose

6) Slaughter and The Dogs - Do It Dog Style

7) The Carpettes - Frustration Paradise

8) Punishment Of Luxury - Laughing Academy

9) Graham Parker - Squeezing Out Sparks (not that obscure, but not that famous either)

10) Spirit - Twelve Dreams Of Dr. Sardonicus (as per no.9)

Savoy Brown - nice pick! Love Ten Years After as well. I'm impressed - you've got a couple of artists on there who I've never heard of! :appl:
