ozleicester Posted 25 October 2011 Posted 25 October 2011 A top quality side..owners with ambition and cash..and only a few points from promotion.
Joe. Posted 25 October 2011 Posted 25 October 2011 But owners who will pull the trigger if you've not delivered in 48 hours.
Jace Posted 25 October 2011 Posted 25 October 2011 this is why I really want Football Manager 2012 this year just to attempt the Leicester job, shame it won't yet work on my netbook
somebum Posted 25 October 2011 Posted 25 October 2011 But owners who will pull the trigger if you've not delivered in 48 hours. Make that a whole year.
Kitchandro Posted 25 October 2011 Posted 25 October 2011 But owners who will pull the trigger if you've not delivered in 49 games.
acooling08 Posted 25 October 2011 Posted 25 October 2011 Billy Davies is a good manager without money.. with it he could get us promoted this season imo.
Guest MattP Posted 25 October 2011 Posted 25 October 2011 But owners who will pull the trigger if you've not delivered in 48 hours. Award for todays biggest exaggeration wrapped up. He was here a year Ffs. Yes it's a brilliant job for someone, owners who will back you to the tune of millions, some quality in the squad even if commitment to the club can be questioned. Bring an attacking midfielder and a right sided wide player in and the possibilities are endless.
Guest Basildon Fox Posted 25 October 2011 Posted 25 October 2011 Billy Davies is a good manager without money.. with it he could get us promoted this season imo. Or with it he could be an absolute disaster. Don't remember him spending the cash well at Derby when they went up.
Fox92 Posted 25 October 2011 Posted 25 October 2011 Or with it he could be an absolute disaster. Don't remember him spending the cash well at Derby when they went up. I imagine when a club gets promoted, it is very hard to get players in, and sometimes they will have to pay over the top prices, if you like. Just look at some of the money that has been splashed around this summer... Leroy Lita cost £1.75million, Danny Graham cost £3million, Steve Morison cost £2.8million etc and these three example are not exactly well spent deals in my opinion. Yes, Davies did pay huge amounts for certain players, but when other clubs know you have the money I suppose they will hang on for a big price.. I mean, look no further than the £5million we paid for Matt Mills. I would welcome Billy Davies to Leicester, no doubt. His teams are always organised and hard to beat. He always seems to get the best out of his players.
Al-aLondon-Foxile Posted 25 October 2011 Posted 25 October 2011 But owners who will pull the trigger if you've not delivered in 48 hours. And give you a pay off that would set you up for life if you failed :-/
blueredswed Posted 25 October 2011 Posted 25 October 2011 But owners who will pull the trigger if you've not delivered in 48 hours. And why? If the reféree don´t blame us with ..........here and there. Why could we don´t have a chance for a strike??? And those red cards... Sven would have blame it like Fergusson and perhaps Mills would have been back earlier but.... Now we waiting for what wll happen and let´s say the new manager have to christmas GOOD LUCK :scarf: But with this squad he or she can not loooseeee :scarf:
