We are truely the home of mediocrity,Is this mess up what the owners had in mind to front their brand? If big talk were points we would piss this league, after tonight the excuse cupboard is bare. Why should any of us including the owners keep shoveling money at this lot? All the great advantages this club has over nearly all this league counts for zip if you lack moral fibre and character, most of our players have no backbone for the fight, thats sad but true, they exist in the comfort zone the owners have provided and are happy to stay there till the contracts runout.I would ask them to prove me wrong but whats the point.I know a lot of people ask what the players do in training all week ? re: set pieces, and fitness , whatever it is its not enough for the rewards they demand,in short lads your short changing all of us, including yourselves. There are plenty of mediocre second rate clubs out there that a large chunk of this squad can ply their trade at, they can relax and count their money in peace with no expectations and pressure, bye lads. I sometimes think we could buy the whole MAN U squad and they would become inconsistent and shite here,is there something about our club that means players can get away with just doing enough? Are we really just regarded by the football world as "mediocre"?

It's amazing how the 'game' can mean so much to us, when we were sent down at stoke it felt like i had lost a family member but lcfc is the team we support and once your hooked there's no going back.

One things for sure, being inconsistent, shit and a 'second rate club' sure beats supporting a club like man united where they think there hard done to if they finish 2nd in the league.

Never a dull moment at LCFC :scarf:

THIS!!!!!!

I dont get to see any of the games, but regardless of the previous result i will still get up at 4am to support the team.

Its obvious to everyone that we are under-achieving, but i just dont see the point in going on about it, or trying to figure out why we are and blaming everything from shit refs to high wage earners.

Just get in behind the lads and strap in to the rollercoaster that is LCFC.

Bit like city aren't they promise a lot but always stumble at the final hurdle.

Least your now in wine country in NZ so when city lose (regularly) just have a few wines and forget about it.

City don't stumble at the final hurdle. :glare:

We stumble at the second, the third, the fourth, the sixth, the seventh, the eighth...

Same old shite every Week. Win 1 game against a better play off zone team, Then lose against a poor relegation fodder team! Season was over a long time ago. Nigel has to try and rally the troops to keep the owners happy! We aint going up this season.

Why do we go? i figured it was something to do with supporting the team? No one is asking you to go down to Watford if you don't want to go don't go thats the glory of football it's not mandatory. You choose to pay for a ticket you choose to go down there and well some people choose to support the team 100% no matter what. Yes everyone is entitiled to their opinion but it could well be wrong i don't think the players are just there for a pay cheque but then again are there any footballers that aren't anymore? The owners have said they are here for more than one season they've poured money not just into players but into training and match day facilities and great offers to fill the stadium with the new generation of supporters and i think they are doing a great job and i hope they continue to stay with the club and help us build. As for training there is an open training session on thursday if you want to see what they do and you could always air your views at them then? I don't mean to come across as harsh but support is something you can't buy you have to have it already Passion pride and support being an LCFC fan is fun call me mad but it's the best feeling in the world to support your home team seeing them wearing that blue home and away, The banter the chants the drummer! and now the scarves :scarf: It's more than normal to feel down after a defeat especially away i've been to most aways this season and we havent had many wins to ponder on the drive back home but it will always get better and we have to dust ourselves off and carry on giving 100% for the lads and they will give us 100% in return

Ahem, I believe we're about 2 points behind you in the league, which hardly makes us relegation fodder now does it?

Interesting to see everyone's reaction on here to your vastly overpriced side come up short against our clubs youth policy last night. No doubt you had the better players, but not the team spirit. We've not dropped below this level for 15 years, and the same can't be said for Leicester.

We'll see how long your owners patience will last with mediocrity - my guess is not very long.

Over 12 youth academy players have played in our championship side this season, and we're sitting 2 points below you? How much have you spent on players? 7mil? 10mil?

I forget that Leicester's greatest export was Emile Heskey

Using our team as a bench-mark for anything isn't a good idea....we've all accepted that our team is under-achieving by far, so I don't know what point you're trying to make, apart from the fact that your side isn't very good either?

A player who has won 7 major trophies in his career, including a European one.

Yeah, what a shit export he has been.
