1 Our defensive options give us no problems.

2 Our attacking options give us no problems

3 Our midfield options have been a problem for years.

4 Wellens, Gallagher, Dyer and Danns are not good enough.

5 Even if Pearson never drops Wellens it won't be too long before he can't even run onto the pitch.

1) Keep Pearson for at least 5 years.

2) Use the summer transfer window wisely and get rid of our non starters

3) Get behind the players at every game till the end of the season and the start of next! (NO MILWALLS OR BARNSLEYS :@)

4) Trust in the owners and give them a chance, They might not get everything right but they don't get a lot wrong

5) Keep Kasper, Nuge, Beckford at all costs

1)We are missing a real leader or leaders in the centre of the park & teams get at us and create chances too easily.

2)We have a mental/confidence issue. Difference in two Performances can be immense. Hardest thing to change is attitude/behaviour.

3)It will improve, NP will get us where we want to be but not yet.

4)Nugent is a gem, we need to build around him up front and we need someone with the same level of ability/attitude at the centre of defence.

5)Casper has been a great buy.

1. It takes more than money to build a team - time is usually the key factor

2. It takes more than money to learn how to run a football club properly

3. Fans need to accept that sometimes you lose (even at home) and shouldn't want to kill all the players when you do, anymore than you should talk about getting promoted every time you win a game

4. It is not scapegoating to criticise players performances when they clearly are under performing, any more than it is to rave about a player who does well - it is scapegoating to constantly berate players who have good games though such as Beckford, Mills Danns Wellens and Gally

5. We need a bit of consistency on the management front - Milan was a culprit here, most of our recent managers have performed well at other clubs after we have let them go (despite the idiots on here who want to fire them after 12 games etc) Holloway, Megson, Pearson at Hull have all done jobs we are envious of at other clubs after we have deemed them not good enough for us.

Give Kasper the captain's armband for a start.. he moans and shouts alot yes but that shows he's a passionate player and one day will be a great leader.

even give some of our youth players a shot or buy a couple of good league 1/2 player for backup? yes that might not be the best signings for a promotion push but they'll show alot of fight to prove they can cut it at leicester.

but then again there's a reason im not leicester's manager lol

We all have our causes on here. Some, like Thracian, go on about youth development until your ears bleed.

You're way out of date. I've watched just one youth game this season and have virtually lost interest since we stopped playing in a reserves league because I can no longer see any route to the first team for our young players.

But it does further than that. We don't get the best from our resources generally. I would love to sit down with the owners and talk through all the things we're still doing wrong...starting with our recruitment, our basic philosophy (or lack of it) and going right through to our taking of free-kicks and throw-ins on match days.

Quite why we're having an open training session I don't know because the last one during Mandaric's watch was an embarrassment. I'd have been ashamed of it.

I've just read reims about why we lost at Watford, about how this player and that player is crap and the various theories about why we underperform and are so consistently inconsistent.

Truth is that in 10 years now we've never had a team that functions well in every position, we've never developed a consistent playing philosophy and the strength of character to sustain it and we've never had the management to get the best out of people, which seems to be the abiding strength of winners like MON and Sir Alex Ferguson.

1. Peltier cannot defend and this needs addressing desperately or change it around.

2. Gallagher should not play in most away game, why? As he has only ever scored in one league away game in three years nearly. Kepp his brilliance for at home when he does sometimes use it. Would be a good sub to maybe chancge a game away from home with a free kick etc, but dont start him please.

3. Get Danns or someone else taking corners, they are currently shit.

4. The defence is bullied too much, and is dreadful at defending set pieces. Change it, get Morgan or Bamba in or even both.

5. Howard shouldnt be on the bench, he cant bring much to a game any more, NP needs to get his subs right too.

Jay is currently on great form in an also very under achieving Ipswich team.

Big, strong, good finisher and aged 22...

Good player this lad

1. The ridiculous turn over of managers is at the heart of our problems. All it spreads is chaos and confusion.

2. Pearson should not be judged until he has had a close season, pre-season and at least 20 games. All talk of sacking him is non-sensical.

3.We ought to give Bamba a few games in CM. With his touch, feet, aerial ability, power and pace, he has all the attributes to dominate that most crucial of areas and become the Championship Yaya Toure.

4. We have too many daisy players (some "days-he" does, some "days-he" don't). We will never make progress without consecutive victories, and the primary reason for that is too many inconsistent performers. You all know who they are, no need to list them!

5. We've not had the rub of the green. I don't like this one, because I think if you're good eneough you will overcome adversity. But I have to say that any team who does well in this most uncompromising of divisions gets the wind behind them. i.e. even when they're not on form they somehow find a way to win games, and somehow key moments go their way. I felt this when NP was here last and occasionally with MON. Sometimes I'm not sure how we won a game on overall play, but the result fell in our favour. This year is the opposite. Most key moments seem to go against us, and decisions have not evened out in any way, shape or form over the season so far.
