Do women make good comedians?

Bearing in mind I've seen Jasper Carrott, Alan Carr, Jo Brand, Lenny Henry and Jim Davidson, I'd say that's a poor poor state of affairs.

It is so hard to explain how women are not funny (being the butt of a joke obviously excluded) without being sexist.

I don't understand why female comedians want to be equal to men when they could be better.

That shows a lack of ambition to me.

Which is why men are better.
